Throughout her career, she has worked with clients and candidates across Europe, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, and other international markets. This experience has enabled her to develop a global, people-focused, and highly practical approach to recruitment. For Susana, talent acquisition goes beyond filling vacancies; it is about understanding people, their motivations, and the business and vision behind each organisation. Her way of working is founded on active listening, honesty, and commitment. She firmly believes that a successful recruitment process should build trust from the very first interaction and deliver long-term value to both the candidate and the organisation.

Luis Notario is the Head of Operations & Business Development at The Door Talent and the person who ensures that everything runs moothly, in an organised and purposeful way. His role is key in keeping projects moving forward with structure, ensuring processes are clear, and maintaining a client and partner experience that is consistently close, professional, and reliable. With a practical and people-focused approach, Luis supports the day-to-day operations of the business by combining organisation, business development, and client relationship management. He is recognised for his attention to detail, his ability to facilitate clear communication, and his talent for building long-lasting relationships based on trust.

¡Hola! Soy Susana Bellés, fundadora de The Vet Office.

Después de trabajar durante muchos años como consultora responsable de selección de personal para uno de los mayores grupos inversores de clínicas veterinarias en Irlanda y Reino Unido, decidí emprender un proyecto propio donde poder utilizar las mejores herramientas y conocimientos adquiridos anteriormente para la búsqueda y selección de veterinarios, y de este modo ayudar a tantas clínicas y hospitales veterinarios en España como fuera posible.

Soy licenciada en psicología y estoy especializada en Gestión y Dirección de Recursos Humanos, además de ser experta en el mercado veterinario desde 2018.

He trabajado como consultora de selección tanto para el mercado europeo así como para los Emiratos Árabes y Asia, tratando con más de 700 clínicas a nivel internacional y miles de veterinarios. Dedicarme únicamente al mercado veterinario me ha permitido conocer a fondo tanto los principales problemas a la hora de encontrar personal como a gestionar un proceso de selección exitoso desde el principio al fin.

Me gusta tener un trato cercano con nuestros clientes y candidatos, e invertir el tiempo necesario hasta conocer las necesidades de cada uno de ellos.

Mi objetivo principal es ayudar a cada clínica hasta encontrar el “match” perfecto y, a su vez, poder ayudar a cada veterinario/a a encontrar un lugar de trabajo donde poder desarrollarse profesionalmente a largo plazo.
