COUNTRY GENERAL MANAGER – LONDON, UK

The Door Talent is conducting an executive search for an experienced Country General Manager – UK to lead the British operations of a well-established international multinational group. This is a senior leadership appointment with full responsibility for the UK business, combining commercial leadership, operational performance, strategic development and P&L ownership. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group’s international executive leadership team and will play a key role in defining and executing the company’s growth strategy within the UK market. The Role As Country General Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the performance and development of the UK business. Key responsibilities will include: Full P&L ownership and accountability for UK performance Define and execute the UK business and growth strategy Lead commercial, operational and organisational performance Identify new market and revenue opportunities Drive sustainable growth, profitability and operational excellence Lead and develop the UK senior management team Establish and monitor key financial and operational KPIs Strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders Lead transformation, expansion and business improvement initiatives Ensure alignment between UK operations and the Group’s international strategy Report directly to senior Group leadership
